Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ambre Blends experience; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and quality control purposes, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or sampled.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased directly from our online store within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure timely processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
